Keeper of Your Life

Sometimes we get confused,

Our minds are full of strive,

Sometimes we get disheartened,

From the trials of our life.

There’s times when we are saddened,

And feel we’ve lost control,

There’s times our hearts are hardened,

We think we’ve lost our soul.

It’s then that we must call,

Upon the Lord above,

We must stand upon his Word,

Take comfort in his love.

We must always remember,

That God is on our side,

He’s the one to cry to,

In Him we must confide.

So next time you’re confused,

And your mind is full of strife,

Call upon the Lord,

The keeper of your life.
