Time of Today

Time goes undaunted by all men,

Taking things of here and now into then.

One promise is made, another one is broken.

Time heeds not a word that is spoken.

With no respect for person or deed,

Time flies by with lightning speed.

Does time have a beginning? Does time have an end?

Is time my foe, or is time my friend?

Will time continue; continue 'til the end?

Time is measured in days and in years.

It should have been with smiles and tears.

So many dreams that never came to be,

Because time has a problem you see.

Yesterday is gone and tomorrow never comes,

And although that be good or bad for some.

It is a constant reminder that seems to say:

Forever we are trapped, by the limits of today.

Watch it or it will steal your hope away.

Time will end, Oh yea, Time will end one day.
